Any person, who has an interest in the purpose and goals of CARR, may become a member upon payment of annual dues as fixed by these Bylaws. Each membership is entitled to one vote on each matter at any meeting of the members. Only paid individual members are eligible to vote. No voting by proxy is permitted.
Membership dues are set at $25.00 and are renewed yearly.
